Kenna’s friend Jani celebrated her birthday Panther tailgate style! They totally lucked out and got an absolutely gorgeous day. I seriously think I got some sun. Who would guess we would be hot tailgating at the end of October?!
Present opening was a bit confusing for McKenna. Just days before she was opening presents for HER birthday! Why was Jani opening all of the presents today?! : )
Staci, Jani’s mom, also made her birthday girl an adorable tu-tu for her birthday attire!
Probably my favorite part of the UNI game is when the players storm the field for warm-ups. They pound on the “garage” door while they wait for it to open. I love the anticipation waiting for them to run out!!
Kind of embarrassing but I decided since I had my camera that I would take pictures of it!!
“Hey, go cats!” LOL! : )
Kenna was SUPER excited for the Panther game. She was waving her pom pon hair tie like crazy, completely focused on the field. She was ready to watch the Cats!
It wasn’t even twenty minutes into the game when she asked for her blankie and paci. The game started at 3:00, which meant she didn’t get nap before we tailgated. Not even ten minutes later and our little lady was out like a light!
Matt and I took turns holding her as she was heavy dead weight. The game was actually kind of boring so we ended up leaving at halftime. We were given tickets to the next home game also so we didn’t feel too bad leaving early!
Guess who woke up on the way back to the car?!
The Panthers ended up winning the game 17-10. Another “W” in the books. Go Panthers!
